With support from the New York Life Foundation, Girl Scouts of the USA will develop an interactive Girl Scout Cookie Program experience that helps girls build financial literacy, confidence, and entrepreneurship skills while creating opportunities for families to support their learning.
Through this investment, the New York Life Foundation will help expand access to hands-on learning opportunities where Girl Scouts can practice decision-making, goal setting, money management, and leadership.
Delivered through participating councils, the experience will allow local teams to respond to community needs while maintaining a cohesive national model.
About the New York Life Foundation
Inspired by New York Life’s tradition of service and humanity, the New York Life Foundation has, since its founding in 1979, provided more than $500 million in charitable contributions to national and local nonprofit organizations.
